Your plan is your portal, your hosting and the requests you send. A request is one small job of about an hour: change a page, design one post, write one short email. Bigger work is priced below.
Basic

How requests work
- What is a request?
- One small job of about an hour: a page change, one post, one short email. The plans above say how many you get.
- Do unused requests roll over?
- No. You can add more requests on any plan.
- What if my project is bigger than a request?
- It gets a free quote before we start. Custom tools and portals are always quoted.
Everything else, priced before we start.
Nothing is paid up front. We finish the work, change it until you are happy, and only then send one invoice, due in 14 days. Anything bigger gets a free quote before we start.

Questions about money
Do I pay anything up front?
No. We finish the work, change it until you are happy, and only then send one invoice, due in 14 days. There are no deposits on anything.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Plans are paid monthly by card on the web.
Does my site need a plan?
Every site needs at least the Basic plan afterwards, for hosting, the security certificate and backups.
Can you work faster?
Yes. Rush work inside 48 hours is +50%.
What is the founding client offer?
Half off the build for our first 5 clients, in return for a review and permission to show the site.
