The job
Clients send jobs with files, review versions and approve them. The team picks up and assigns the work. It had to fit one agency’s way of working, not a generic tool.
What we made
- A client view: jobs waiting on you, jobs in progress, jobs done.
- A job page with every version, the conversation, and Approve or Request revision.
- A team board: new jobs that need an owner, assigned in one click.
- Logins for clients and team.

The portal is built and running. We have no usage figures to share and are not quoting any. What we delivered is the tool shown here. Details of the agency are kept private.
